Slow-Cooker Cream Cheese Chicken

1 ½ lbs. chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/3 cup chicken broth
¼ tsp. garlic powder
8 oz. cream cheese, softened

Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker, and add salt, pepper, soup, broth, and garlic powder. Cook on low for five to six hours. Remove chicken and add softened cream cheese into a slow cooker, mixing until the sauce is smooth. Serve chicken and sauce over cooked rice or egg noodles.
