Selena Gomez's Strawberry Chicken Salad

Strawberry Chicken Salad

1 lb. chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
Fresh lettuce or spinach, chopped
Fresh strawberries, sliced
Raspberry vinaigrette dressing
Feta cheese, crumbled Walnuts, chopped

In a salad bowl, combine lettuce and/or spinach with cooked chicken, strawberries, feta cheese, and walnuts. Drizzle vinaigrette over the top of the salad, and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.

Selena Gomez was born on July 22, 1992, in Texas. She began her career on the children’s television series Barney and Friends. She then starred on several Disney Channel shows, including The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and Wizards of Waverly Place. Gomez has been involved with several charitable organizations and has also earned praise for going public with her battle with lupus.

In 1957, engineer Al Fielding and Swiss inventor Marc Chavannes invented bubble wrap by accident while trying to make a textured wallpaper. They put two pieces of plastic shower curtain through a heat-sealing machine but were disappointed by the results: a sheet of film with trapped air bubbles. They continued developing their unique product and found success when using it for packaging.
